About:China Visa

My China VISA is going to exprie in November 2016

since I am going to Hong Kong in March this year, that's why I ask what do I need to bring to and do I need an appointment to renew?

You can't renew it in HK. You just need to apply for a new one after it expires. You don't need an appointment for submitting the application.
