About:Chinese Embassy in France

visa permit for transit in PRC

Greetings,
I am going to Asia, and I will transit in China for less than 24 hours, first in SHANGHAI (for 3 hours) and then in KUNMING (for 5 hours), do I need to apply for an entry permit?

Maria, you don't need it as you qualify for the 24h direct transit.
