About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Cautions and convictions

Hi, I received a caution for criminal damage and Abh and then a conviction for theft and then a conviction for benefit fraud. These are all five years ago, I was in a violent relationship and he got me in all kinds of trouble. I plan to travel in May 2016 for 7 days to run the marathon in the Great Wall. Do you think I will be refused entry? Thank you

Harry, because it has been passed for so long, I think it has minor influence on your application. It’s worth a try.
