1 day overstay. What should I do?

My work visa will expire and I am not planning to stay in the country. The problem is my flight out of the country is the next day...So technically I overstay only like 4 hours...Do I have to extend my Z type beforehand or do something about this or several hours overstay is gonna be ok?
