Do I need to apply for another VISA?

In June 2015 - I applied for one to China. On the Application Form , I checked off the box "One entry valid for 3 months from the date of issue" because we didn't know if we needed to go back.. now, 8 months later, we need to go back. The one I received (back in June 2015) states I have a Category L, Entry M. Do I need to apply for ANOTHER to go back to Beijing?
