do i need to apply for another visa?

In June 2015 - I applied for one to China. On the Application Form , I checked off the box One entry valid for 3 months from the date of issue because we didn't know if we needed to go back.. now, 8 months later, we need to go back. The one I received (back in June 2015) states I have a Category L, Entry M.  Do I need to apply for ANOTHER to go back to Beijing?

GS, you can check the Enter Before date on your L type. If the date does not pass, then you can enter with it. If the date has already passed, you need to apply for a new one.
