Is the Hong Kong airport express travel pass same as octupus card?

Group of 4 3 senior nd 1 adult frm phil, whats best to buy octupus elderly or ae pass?

No, they are different. This travel pass is just one kind of Octopus Card.
You need to choose the suitable card according to your itinerary and travel plan.
If you need to take AE, the Travel Pass is more suitable and saves you money. You can top it up to use as a normal Octopus card on the 4th day.
If you are not going to take AE, just purchase the Standard Octopus Card.
