About:Dual Nationality

Need DNA TEST if apply hukou in China? If we both unmarried? And my son give birth in Philippines

I'm from Philippines and I have son his father is a Chinese my son born in Philippines.. We are not married yet, my partner want to apply my son a hukou in China .. I want to ask if need DNA ?

I haven't heard about the requirement of DNA test, but a birth certificate by the hospital is required. And your kid has not join Philippines yet.

My kid is have birth certificate in Philippines. But my partner father Chinese said need a DNA TEST if my partner apply our child in China a hukou as his child . He said that we are not married that's why DNA test is one of requirements to apply his child .. To sure or to prove in China government that he is the real father of our child

Maybe they use DNA test instead of the Philippines birth certificate.
