Changing passport to married name - what happens to my visa

Hi there,
I am currently working in Shenzhen. i need to go to HK as I have to change my passport to my married name. I am wondering how this then affect my work Z type.
Will I be allowed to re-enter China on my new passport with my new name but use my entry permit in my old passport until my work renews it. I have spoken to my HR department at my workplace and they are unsure of what to do and are advising me against renewing my passport while living in PRC - not ideal! Any help or advice is appreciated!

You can enter with both passports and you don't have to transfer the old Z type to your new passport. The residence permit can be used as long as it's valid.
