HiI gonna be in Harbin 5th and 6th of March. Is Ice and Snow World and Snow Sculpture competition still open these days?

Generally speaking, it wil last until the end of February. There is no official news about the exact close date. It depends on the weather condition. If it turns war earlier, the festival ends earlier.  So you are advised to keep close attention to the news before going there. :)
