Police Clearance for Chinese National living in NZ

My daughter in law is Chinese and is New Zealand with my son. Their work visas are being processed here in NZ, and she is required to obtain a police clearance. We have the Notary Certificate already but Immigration needs the police clearance. Please advise how we should go about obtaining the police certificate. Thanks.

Dear, if she is Chinese, she doesn’t need to apply for work Z type to PRC, so police clearance isn’t required.
Or you mean she is applying for NZ work entry permit? If yes, she should go to the local public security bureau where she lived for the past few years and ask for the police clearance.
