Checked luggage munich/Istanbul/Guangzhou/Sydney

Hi I am flying Munich to Istanbul to Guang zhou on Turkish airlines then transit on to Sydney with China southern 4hrs later ... Will my luggage be booked through to Sydney or will I have to pick it up and recheck in at Guang zhou ... If so what is procedure ? Thanks for help
