About:Beijing Train Schedule

On June 2nd 2016 we want to go form ShijiaZhuang to beijing on the bullet rail

All these details describe the maximum time for booking but what is the minimum. We will be arriving in ShijiaZhuang on 28th of may so can we just go the railway and buy a ticket?

If there are enough tickets available, you could book at any time, even just 30mins before departure. But in China, esp, in travel hight season, it is very hard to get one seat, you'd better book in advance, maybe 60 days in advance.

If you buy it directly from the railway station, you can do it at anytime, but most online booking agent will have minimum time for booking. Like this website, you need to make the booking more then 2 days in advance.
