Free shuttle service in Hong Kong

Who are the so called airport express passenger and how are we going to know if we are eligible for this?

It means that people who purchase the AE Ticket. When taking the free shuttle bus, passengers need to show proof of eligibility including AE train ticket (Single Journey, Same Day Return, Round Trip, AE Travel Pass), Airline ticket / boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket.
