Taxi from Luoyang Guanlin Railway Station

Hi,

Would like to know if it is easy to catch a taxi at this station to hotel at around 9pm? We plan to take a train from Jiaozuo after visiting Yuntaishan. There is a bus from Yuntaishan to LY at 3pm but we are not confident on catching it.
