Is there a direct bus connecting Luoyang Longmen and Guanlin train stations?

If there is no direct bus, can you please give me the easiest bus route(s) to transfer between the two train stations. I know no Chinese, but am travelling light. Will it be then easier to just take a taxi? Thanks in advance.
