About:Shanghai Wild Animal Park

Can I hold a lion cub in Shanghai Wild Animal Park?

I saw on trip advisor that you can handle lions and ride elephants. Is this true?

I am afraid that you cannot hold a lion cub there. Sorry for that.

You can actually hold a lion cub but only certain times of the year, I've been lucky enough to hold a lion and a tiger cub and these were both in October so try then if you can 😊

Oh and you can ride elephants all year round, you can also feed them as well as the giraffes, lions, hippos and kangaroos. They are all extra charge but only 20-30rmb!
