About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for 72 hour visa?

I'm from the uk. I'm flying into Beijing from Thailand and will stop in Hangzhou for a three hour layover where I will not leave the airport as I'll be waiting for my connecting flight to Beijing. When I arrive in Beijing I would like to sightsee for three days before catching a flight to Hong Kong. Am I eligible for this 72 hour free transit?

Autumn, you are not eligible for the 72 hour free transit because you stop in two Chinese cities, but in principle, you can only stop in one. So you’d better apply for a relevant entry permit in advance.
