If you go to mainland PRC for leisure or relax purpose, you should apply for a tourist L type. The requirement can be as follows: your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-sized color photo, your residence permit or work permit in Macau, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Maybe your bank statement or income certificate is required, too.0
