Do you start from Xianyang International Airport?
If yes, take shuttle bus High Technology Industries Development Zone Line, get off at Ziction Liberal Hotel. The operating hours are from 07:40 to 19:40 at intervals of 40 mins. It takes around an hour on the way. And it costs CNY 25 per person. After arriving, walk west around 1,000 yards (900 meters) to find the destination.
