Hi good day I'm Valerie from Philippines do i need to apply my own entry permit going to PRC if i'm going just to visit a relative there?

Valerie, you can apply for a tourist L type to visit a relative in PRC. You can ask your relative issue an invitation letter to you. And then prepare your passport and its copy, the application form and a recently-taken bareheaded color photo and the invitation letter to apply for it. But if it’s the first time you apply for it to PRC, you also need to submit proof of your financial support such as income certificate or recent six-month bank statement.
