My trip start from Nanning to Maoming Yangjiang Zhongshan Foshan Guangzhou.In 7 days

How can I get from Nanning to Guangzhou by train and bus manage in 7 day for travel. My trip in March

You can take bus from Nanning Langdong Bus Station to Maoming. The bus is available at 08:40, 09:50, 12:00, 14:10, 15:30 and 19:00. The bus ride takes around 4 hours and the fare is CNY200 per person. The bus from Maoming to Yangjiang is available every an hour from 7:00 to 18:30. The journey takes about 2 hours and the fare is around CNY70. From Yangjiang to Zhongshan, you can take bus at Yangxi Bus Terminal at 08:30 or 14:00. The bus journey takes around 3 hours and the fare is CNY114. From Zhongshan to Foshan, there are many buses at Zhongshan Bus Terminal or Zhongshan Xiaolan Bus Station. The ride takes 1.5 hours and the fare is CNY34 per person. From Foshan, you may take bus or subway to Guangzhou, very convenient.
