How can we go to maoxing ridge in baiyun mountain from tianhe park?

We want to ride the cable car

I guess you refer to Moxing Range?
You need to walk to the opposite of the north gate of Tianhe Park, and then take Bus B16 TO Yuntai Park.
Then you can follow the signs or ask other visitors to the cable car ticket center on foot.
