I have just gotten engaged to a Chinese woman what is the process for her to come back to U.S with me

She should apply for tourism B2 entry permit. First, prepare the required documents such as the completed application form with a photograph taken within the last six months, her passport, and then submit the application and pay the fee $160. After the application is accepted, she will be required to accept an interview. She needs to bring the following supporting materials including the current proof of income, her travel itinerary, a letter from her company, and non-criminal records.
