Should I not carry my cell phone which has a camera in it?

Oh, it is fine to take in cell phone with camera, which is very common nowadays after all. I have no idea when you will go to China, but the smog can be more severe in some cities in winter. For other seasons, it is safe. Anyway, you are still advised to bring your regular medicine in case.
