About:Shanghai Transportation

Shanghai Pudong Airport to hotel in Zhabei district

I will be staying in grand mercure meiyuan road, next to the new railway station. Approximately how much would be the time and cost of a taxi ride from Pudong to the Mercure hotel. What other transport might be available for such journey.

Oh, yes, Grand Mercure Central Hotel is near to the Main Railway Station. If by taxi, the cab fare is CNY 190 to 200 in the day time.

Or from the airport, you can take subway line 2, get off at People's Square Station. Then transfer to subway line 1 to Main Railway Station, Exit 4. The duration is about 75 mins. It costs CNY 7 per person. After arriving, walk east around 220 yards (200 meters) to find the hotel.
