if I don't have residence permit in singapore

I have student visa for 2.5 years in china. Now one company offer me an inviatation to cooperate with them on quality improvement. I hold Eritrean passport and I don't have residence permit in Singapore. Can I get business M type at the consulate office of PRC in Singapore?

Simon, if you don’t have residence permit in Singapore, I don’t think you can get a business M type from there. You can try to apply for it in other countries.
