First, you may take a city bus or free shuttle bus to the Border Gate. Cross the border to Zhuhai, and walk north to Gongbei Tongda Bus Station. Then, take a coach to Guagnzhou for CNY 60 or 70. The coaches are available from 6:40 to 20:40, and the trip takes about 2 to 2.5 hours.0

Well, there are free shuttle buses operated by hotels and casinos, which can take people to Border Gate for free like the Venetian, Hotel Santra, etc. Then, you need to cross the border, and walk to the bus station to catch another bus to Guangzhou.
As for the buses directly heading for Guangzhou, you can get onto them from Macao Tower, Grand Emperor Hotel, or Hotel Lisboa. When crossing the border, you need to get off, and then go back to the same bus. :)1
