what means guangzhou exchange office dispatched (within china)

Question

Hello I have a postal package from China with tracking number RI848924942CN. I checked online the status of tracking number and there was no new activity since 02/03/2016. What means Guangzhou Exchange Office Dispatched (within China) ? Also, on another tracking sites I recive Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to each other (internal transit) . Does this mean the package is still in China or already left the country to my destination?
