Hi there, first your should prepare your passport, a copy of the passport, a fully completed application form, a color bare-headed photo taken within six months, round-trip tickets, hotel bookings, a travel itinerary, and a copy of your ID card and family book. Then take all these documents to the consular office to apply. The fee is 30 US dollars for a single entry if you hold Myanmar passport.3
