Convert business visa to work type

Hello sir I have business M type now I am in China only but I want to convert into work Z type, what process I follow inform me

Sri, you should first contact with the local PSB and ask if you can convert it in PRC.
If yes, the first thing is to find a company to employ you and then the employer will get you the foreign employment permit and the invitation letter issued by a duly authorized unit. In addition to these two documents, you also need to provide your passport and its photocopy, the application form and a recent color photo. After, go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB and try to change business M type to work Z type.

You can't get a Z-visa issued in China. If a company hires you they need to get a permit to employ you. You are then given an invitation letter to apply for the Z-visa in your home country.
