About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Traveling Yantai to Beijing and then flying to Hong Kong - same day

I'm flying into PEK from Yantai on Air China. Then I am flying Air China to Hong Kong (same day with 3.5 hour layover).

What terminal will I arrive at from Yantai and what terminal do I need to get to for my flight to Hong Kong?

Both your two flights are in T3. Don’t worry about that, your time is enough, and you can make the transfer easily.

Firstly, you are Domestic to International Transfer in T3. You don't need to recollect the luggage. The luggage will be delivered to the final destination. If you have any question, you can consult your airline.

I hope you had a wonderful Chinese New Year!
One more question, and I'm not sure you'll know the answer. If I've booked two separate tickets on Air China for my journey from Yantai to HK...will Air China combine the two tickets and check my luggage all the way through or will I need to check-in again in BJ?
