About:Chinese Embassy in Morocco

work visa in HK

hello , i visited hong kong for one week and im planning to relocate there when i asked some companies in hong kong that i want to work in HK they said i need a work visa , please can you guide me to how can i get it? and is it difficult to get it ?

Lahoucine, you need to provide those documents including the application form attached with a recently-taken passport-style photo, your passport (copy), degree certificate and proof of work experience (copies). Your employer needs to submit those materials containing the application form, employment contract (copy), business registration certificate (copy), proof of financial standing such as latest audited financial report (copy), documents with details of company background, as well as detailed business plan. And then submit your application to HK immigration department to apply for it.
If you are eligible for the requirement and make full preparation, I don’t think it will be difficult.

how about if i dont have employment contract , i just want a work entry permit from embassy to find a job there by myself
