any new informations if hanging monastery is open again?

Hello! I will be in the middle of March 2016 in Datong and wanted to visit the monastery. I just found out over this site that it is closed. Any new informations about when it will be open again? If it is not possible to walk around the monastery: still possible to walk around the mountain?

There is no official news about reopen time. Tourists are not allowed to climb it now. So I'm afraid that you can just appreciate that at the the foot of the mountain.
