About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying in to Shanghai to board a cruise ship to japan

arriving in shanghai airport and directly boarding the cruise to Japan and south Korea, then back to Shanghai airport for our flight back to Manila, Philippines? Do i need a visa?

Maria, you don't need it I think, as you are eligible for the 24h free transit policy both times. However, you need to confirm this with the cruise company in case that it doesn't allow you to board.
