I am Born on 20th November 1976 I am hoping this year will bring me a promotion

I am particularly concerned that i finally receive the promotion I have been promised for 6 months, that it is something that will bring me greater income. I have worked very hard for 4 years at this company and have been called in to help another outlet within my organisation but with no reward so far. Will this year finally bring the recognition that others keep telling me I deserve?
