Hi, I would like to ask if this year is a good year to change my job. I have sent out a couple of resumes and wonder if luck is on my side to secure any of the job. I have been working in this company for a couple of years I am happy with my job, so far my team lead and boss are satisfied with my performance but I am not happy with the people I work with. Too much complains and arguments. Please give me some insight as I am so ready to leave this company

In fact, these problems you mentioned can happen to anyone. In team work, the argument is inevitable. Maybe independent and freelance jobs are more suitable for you. You can work on this direction.
