are there taxis in wenchang in hainan island?

Would like to know if the taxis are big enough to carry 2 medium and 2 small luggages with 4 passengers please?Thank you

Yes, there are taxis in Wenchang. As I know, one taxi can accept 4 passengers. But I'm afraid that there is no enough space to put your luggage. So you'd better to get two taxis.
