Yes, you can take direct long-distance bus at Qintan Bus Station, and get off at the North Bus Station. The schedule is only at 11:00 every day. It takes around 6 hours on the way. After arriving, take a taxi or hire a private car to arrive at the town.
Or you can take a train from Guilin North Railway Station and get to Changsha Railway Station first. The trains depart at 04:11, 04:24, 14:04, 17:24, 17:55, 19:10 and 19:30. Then walk northwest around 680 yards (620 meters) to find Changzhutan Bus Station and take coach to FH Bus Station. The schedules are 08:00, 10:00 and 14:00. Upon getting there, take a taxi to the ancient town.
You can choose the way you like.
