Information about making new passport in afghan embassy in Beijing.

I have a valid passport (handwritten) I want to make a new passport(computerized) i am living in china xinjiang. i want to know what are the requirements for making new passport. thanks

Usually, the required documents include the filled-out application form, three recently-taken color photos, your passport and copy of its data page, your residence permit in Xinjiang.
