Arriving in Bangkok from Siem Reap

Hi

I am going fly from Siem Reap to Bangkok. I have noticed there are two airports quite close to each other in Bangkok, Bangkok Don Meung and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi. Please can anyone tell me any information on which airport is the best one to fly into and then the easiest to navigate out of by onesself?

Many thanks

Most budget airlines will land at Don Meuang. Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport can be a bit more convenient as it is linked to tourist friendly public transport, but otherwise there's not much difference in terms of time and cost in a taxi between the 2. Just pick the airline based on price and flight time.
