Planning to visit Macau on March 1-8. How is the weather and clothing type?

what is the clothing type should be during these times?

Well, the temperature may range from 60 F to 70 F during that period of time. It may be warm and comfortable. You can prepare jacket, T-shirts, long sleeves and pants.
