visa for prc for french citizen during world tour trip

Question

we are going to travel around the world departure beginning of next year and want to visit China (arriving from Korea) . do somebody knows if we have possibility getting our entry permit directly in PRC Seoul's embassy as we are not resident in Korea. In fact the entry permit availability is only one month if we obtain in France, and as we'll leave in january and will visit PRC only in september ....Thanks for answers Marie

Marie, in principle, the applicants without Korean ARC card cannot apply in Korea. But in real practice, someone without ARC card did apply for it successfully. As you said, you are doing world tour trip, when you travel in Asia, you can try to apply for it in other Asian countries where the requirements are not that strict and you just need to provide the valid entry permit to that country.
