visa for PRC for French citizen during World Tour Trip

we are going to travel around the world departure beginning of next year and want to visit China (arriving from Korea) . do somebody knows if we have possibility getting our entry permit directly in PRC Seoul's embassy as we are not resident in Korea. In fact the entry permit availability is only one month if we obtain in France, and as we'll leave in january and will visit PRC only in september ....
