Direct tourist buses are available at the Provincial Bus Station, opposite the Main Railway Station. I remember they depart at 09:00 and 15:00. Just go to the bus station to get a ticket. If missing them two, still at the bus station, get on the bus to Shiyan first, available from 08:00 to 18:00. Then transfer to another bus to Wudangshan.
Train can also be your choice. Take one from the Main Railway Station to Wudangshan first and then take a taxi or hire a car to the scenic area. And it is best to book the train tickets in advance. If needed, Travel China Guide is highly recommended, and their email is booking@travelchinaguide.com in case.
