Ground Transport Pudong to Hongqiao

What's the best way to get from the Pudong (airport) to Hongqiao? I need to transfer to make a connecting flight. I have 5 hours between flights so I don't have any issue taking the metro even if it takes longer. The other option would be a taxi unless the airports have shuttle bus in between. The bus would be preferable so I could at lease see some of the town as I transfer. Thanks!
