The best way is to take an Express Link Bus to Maritime Ferry Terminal, and take a ferry to Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal. The ferries are available from 7:05 to 22:35 at an interval of about 30-60 minutes. The trip takes about 1 hour.
Upon arrival, walk southeast, and you can reach Tsim Sha Tusi within 10 minutes.0
