I have come back pakistan from china on 21 Janauary 2016. I got medical test report from Shenzhen hospital for international traveller. It is my fresh medical report this month. I want to apply for work Z visa. Should I take medical test again from pakistan? or can I use my shenzhen hospital mediical report? because it is fresh.

I’m afraid you cannot use the Shenzhen hospital medical report. You need to take another medical test at the hospital designated by the embassy of PRC in Pakistan.
