Do I need to take a medical test again in pakistan?

I have come back pakistan from china on 21 Janauary 2016. I got medical test report from Shenzhen hospital for international traveller. It is my fresh medical report this month. I want to apply for work Z visa. Should I take medical test again from pakistan? or can I use my shenzhen hospital mediical report? because it is fresh.
