Letter of Invitation for tourist visa

The Chinese government apparently requires a Letter of Invitation for a tourist visa. I was wanting to come to Shenzhen for a couple weeks, but do not know anyone to 'invite' me. Do you help with this?

We can only offer the invitation letter to our clients who take our tour packages. Thanks for your attention.
