ReplyEddy, it’s impossible for you to get VOA in Shanghai if you are not in an emergency.
But if you will just transit in Shanghai and then fly to a third region or country, it’s possible for you to enjoy the 72 hour free transit or the 24 hour direct transit.00Reply
