Todd, Emperor Shihuangdi unified whole China. However, he was actually a tyrant. Civilians were taxed heavily and enslaved to build the great wall. They couldn't make a living. And his successor Hu Hai was incapable to deal with the social contradictions. The farmers eventually launched uprings and overthrew the tyrants' ruling. In 207 BC, Liu Bang seized Xianyang, the capital of Qin Empire. It marks the fall of this empire.
