What are requirements for family visit visa?

Nolyn, is your family in China a Chinese citizen or foreigner? If he/she is a Chinese, you should apply for a Q type. If he/she is a foreigner, you should apply for an S type. Both applications require you to submit your passport, a copy of the first page of your passport, a filled-out application form attached with your recently-taken photo, a copy of your families passport and residence permit or PRC ID card, and a proof of your relationship.
